If you’d prefer to have a link directly to your resume rather than it embedded on your page, here is what you need to do.
1) Create an Account (quick registration)
2) Upload your resume/cv
3) Click “Share” and select “Embed / Widget”
4) Copy the code from the “Page Overlay (lightbox style) Embed Code” section and paste it into your page/blog post
5) Now, you can drop the following link anywhere on that page to have your resume appear instantly!:
<a id=’RPlightbox’ href=’#'>My Resume</a>
Simple and much more effective than linking to a pdf or word doc, wouldn’t you agree? Plus you get the added benefit of being able to track how often your resume is being viewed.
An example of how this would look can be viewed by clicking here : My Resume
Usage Tip: Notice how the tool bar is a dark blue? You’ll have the option to customize the colour of your resume viewer so it complements your existing colour scheme.
Give it a try and don’t hesitate to contact if you need help setting this up.
